Assad Al Tayar
21 years of experience in Civil Engineering , construction and project management, high rise buildings, residential and commercial construction. Assad has expertise in pond and pool construction. Assad has joined the team with global experience working for 11 years in Dubai .

Rod Crowl has been working in the pool industry for the last 27 years and has developed an extensive range of management skills during his time in the industry. Rod joined Aroona Pools and Spas because he shares the same ethics – delivering a high-quality product with integrity, excellent customer service, flawless communications, and good teamwork.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Lin Li
Lin Li holds a degree in finance and management and is a dedicated team member of Aroona Pools and Spas. Lin always puts our customers first and believes that communication and honesty is the foundation of excellence in customer service. As well as looking after the company’s finance, she is in charge of building approvals and liaises with the councils and other professional consultants.
