Our Team:
Cindy Crowl: Founder of the business and director. Cindy has a passion in teaching kids to swim. She has been in the industry for more than 30 years. Many of her students have become swimming champions later in their life.
Lin Li: Manager. Lin is a sport scientist and educator. She also has a degree in business management. As a mother of 4, she always wants to provide the best service for our students.
Brek Chandler: Brek is our swimming pool construction director. He makes sure all the facilities are well built and maintained. He oversees the quality of the water in the pools, making sure they are constantly monitored.
Keith Wilton: Programe developer. Through extensive research, observation and training, Keith has developed the world’s leading swimming program. This program allows AusGrade to provide the best quality swimming program to our students.
Our program:
Water babies: (3M to 2.5 years) This class give children confident in the water. Encourage them to be comfortable to submerging and floating on their backs.
Preschool age (2.5 to 5 years) The aims of the preschool programs are to promote water confident, teach them floating and submerging, introducing freestyle and backstroke.
School age: (5 years to 12 years) In this age group, we focus on helping students to develop correct freestyle and backstroke technique.
